Dr K N Bastola is an orthopaedic surgeon from UK. EDUCATION: Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Ed) WHY is an orthopaedic surgeon writing about women's issue? While he genuinely believes in the power of women, he also feels that women have got a raw deal over the centuries. He feels it is time to correct it. If you also feel the way, please help us in spreading the message to the whole world. Send emails to your friends and families. What are the likes and dislikes of the author? Despite loving roast chicken, the dumb ones are becoming increasingly touchy-feely and more intelligent than our 4-year-olds. So out of compassion, the author has been vegetarian for the last 10 years. Loving humour to the till, he cannot live without it. On a deeper level, while he cherishes ‘'multiple views’' concept of post modernism, he loves exchange of original ideas to make this world a better place to live. Regarding himself as a free thinker and not a feminist, he sees injustice met out to most women and some men. Loving Internet- without which he would not be able to write this encyclopaedic book, he loves Uluru'’s feminine stone in Australia as the most beautiful structure. (Australian government doesn’'t pay him for this!!) AIM While he loves to help those less fortunate, he also loves to guide the rest with what he thinks is beneficial. He will do that. He will also dedicate part of the returns of this book to that cause.
